    • Preparation and characterization of starch-based materials.
    • Analysis of their mechanical, thermal, water, and gas barrier performances.
    • Morphological properties and development of biodegradable, antimicrobial, and hydrophobic packaging materials.
    • Edible starch film preparation using agricultural and sea byproducts for food packaging.
