Zhiqiang Cai embarked on his academic journey in finance with a solid foundation in quantitative and analytical skills. During his undergraduate studies, he excelled in mathematics competitions, winning third prize in the 11th National University Mathematics Competition (Non-Mathematics) and first prize in the 12th. His dedication to academic achievement earned him the prestigious National Scholarship, marking him as an outstanding scholar with exceptional promise.

Currently pursuing a Master of Finance at Qinghai Minzu University’s School of Economics and Management, Zhiqiang has actively contributed to a variety of research initiatives. He has gained experience as a reviewer for Humanities & Social Sciences Communications, a Springer Nature journal, and has completed eight research projects across different economic and financial disciplines. His participation in these projects reflects his commitment to advancing knowledge in finance, economics, and digital transformation.

Zhiqiang’s research emphasizes the intersection of finance and sustainability, with a focus on digital economy integration, green finance, and corporate finance. He has explored key areas like high-quality development in animal husbandry through digital economy empowerment, the impact of digital technology on traditional industry transformation, and the role of government in improving employment quality for university students. His published works reflect his diverse interests, addressing topics from the Belt and Road Initiative’s corporate sustainability impact to green finance policies in China.

While Zhiqiang’s work is relatively new, his publications have already been indexed in SSCI, ProQuest, and CNKI. As he continues to contribute high-quality research, his citation index is expected to grow, increasing his visibility and influence within the academic community.
